    So i just turned on my xbox and my account didnt open, i tried again and again and again and still didnt work, so a erased my account but when i tried to log in with my account it says that: another user is using this account on the xbox.

    But no one is using it and i dont know what do i have to do, pls help me.

    Can you sign in Xbox live with a different E-mail account?

    So, I have already an Xbox Live user and my E-mail account I used to sign in Xbox Live is about to close. Can I use a different E-mail account to sign in Live with the same user?

    It's important, because I have all my achievements/ plus friends in this user and I cannot try it out, because I have not created another E-mail account, yet.

    Question about xbox and W-Microsoft10

    No. if you do you'll get an error message when launching the game... "You've signed into this game on another device. What would you like to do?"

    Your options at that point are to sign out on the other device (xbox in this case), close the PC version or use another account to access a different license for the title in question.

    Basically, one account can NOT be logged into two Xbox consoles at the same time.

    One account can be logged into two different devices, say PC and Xbox, but they can't access the same license at the same time. Your friend could play Gears 4 on his PC with your account while you played Forza 7 on Xbox.

    If you want to play crossplay titles with your friend they will have to buy them (or you could gift them) on their account so you can both play together. Or you could spring for an Xbox, say an OG or S model both of which are pretty cheap now and set that one as your home console for your friend to use.

    power cycling     the console, once the console is off let it sit for about 30 seconds, then turn it back on. Once the console boots up try to sign the account back in and let us know if you are still unable too. If you aren't please note any error you are
    seeing, and share that with us here.
