    Please below for other Posts regarding my issue that support keep locking so there is no way I can reply to the original thread, to explore more available possible help and continue dialogue until a satisfactory conclusion was agreed upon.



    Information about me..

    I am 48 year old Operations Manager for a Digital Media company and have also worked in IT support for many years.

    I know what a screw-up is and this is a classic example of a simple database system entry going wrong, along with limited 1st line support who are under instructions not to escalate issues where possible to 2nd line or above.

    I don't blame the 1st line support, because they are following their guidelines and specific training and have to follow set procedures which in the end is a limitation in support itself.

    My xbox live subscription runs out in 9days time, and I'm not sure if it's worth renewing my sub for another year unless this problem is taken seriously.

    suspension/ban will be included in an email sent to the Microsoft

    Account of your gamertag. Be sure to check the inbox for all gamertags

    on the console. Aside from that, submitting a case review is the only

    way to get additional information on your ban/suspension. Thanks!


    Firstly, I have read and re-read all email and communication regarding the ban as follows....

    This message is to notify you that your Xbox Live account has been subject to enforcement action due to a violation of the Microsoft Services Agreement.


    This notification has been sent to your Xbox Live account and the email address associated with your Microsoft Account. For additional information please visit
    enforcement.xbox.com.


    Secondly.. On the Enforcement and Activity History page the ban has ended... therefore I can not submit a review or contact the Enforcement team in anyway!
    If the ban was still active and running, I would be able to submit a review and get information....

    Got banned for 2 weeks which ended 2 days ago.

    I can play multiplayer games but can't chat to my friends etc.

    I've gone through all the suggestions in the forums and web, and still nothing.

    Looking through the forums, this has been a known issue for years, which is a disgrace seeing that we pay for this service through the Gold Subscription.

    Fair enough I broke the rules and was issued a 2 week ban, but now the ban is over I would say that it was Microsoft breaking their terms of service.

    1) Will Microsoft fix this and when?

    2) I would expect the days that I have been denied my full paid for service to be refunded or my Gold Sub extended to compensate.

    Sorry to see any issues with a suspension! It sounds like your console has been issued a suspension as well, and filing a Case Review while your account's suspension was active would have brought that to light. An email is sent to your Microsoft Account
    email explaining the suspensions, and you will want to check that for more information. The Enforcement team are not on these forums, and we are unable to comment on any Enforcement Actions ourselves.

    UPDATE:

    Still can't chat! It's been a week now since my ban has ended.

    Can play all my online multiplayer games no problem though Xbox Live.


    Checked all emails again as well as the Enforcement pages... Nothing!

    After reading the Enforcement pages if I had a console ban I would have a message on my screen stating that, I have nothing.

    Also I would not be able to play Multiplayer games through Live, which I've been able to do since my ban was lifted.

    AGAIN.. If I had a current running ban of any kind it would be in the Enforcement history pages where I would be able to submit a review.

    Any help with fixing this problem, would be most appreciated.

  2. Ban Not Properly Lifted Need Help

    A ban expired yesterday for me, I can now play games but I can't chat even though the ban was temporary

    Furthermore I was banned for communication while under a comms ban, I had no way to communicate. The ban was upheld with no rational. I don't care at this point, but the ban should be completely lifted now. There's no way I can find to contact enforcement
    so I'd really like an explanation and assistance.

    Still looking for some help with this, but unfortunately Xbox has arbitrarily decided that you can't contact a support team for certain categories for absolutely no reason. So I'm still currently unable to chat with this friend, and now another problem
    has occurred. But again there is no way to get help because Microsoft apparently doesn't care about these issues.

    Same issue here. tried everything over and over. including direct USB update, Direct CDR. Everything results in this error. Microsoft Chat taking forever. I can't believe this stuff doesnt work out of the box, way to ruin christmas MS.
