Another system logging into my Live account while I am playing

I used to have an xbox one and sold it. I thought I cleared it all out but apparently they have been using my gamer tag. I recently bought a new one and have recovered my gamertag but they are also trying to use it. It logs be out when they sign in on
their system and then I log them out when I sign back in. Is there any way to remove access to my gamertag on their system?

Okay. Thank you!Click to expand... You can share with more then one other person, but there are restrictions.

Setting another system to Home will allow anyone on that system to play your games with you logged out, thus allowing you to log into another system and play your game with them at the same time.

Now if you want to share games with someone else, you just need to give them your log in info, and they can download your content and play it with their gamertag while they have you logged into their system. You can not play at the same time as them though, and they can only access your content when you are not online(or else it will auto log you off when they log you in).

This is how I share games with my brother, he logs me in at times I am not home and playing, then logs himself in, and he can play any of my games on his own account.

Xbox 360 Issue HELP!

The other day, I was on my Xbox 360 and tried downloading the WWE Network app when my console froze. I restarted the system and logged back into my Xbox Live account and now every time I do log back in, my system freezes on the dashboard. It only does this when I log into my Xbox Live account. If I skip login, I do not have any issues.

Could someone help me please?!

The first thing to do is change your password. This should prevent them from access in the future. Also on your new new Xbox One, make sure you set it as your Home console so they do not have access to games you may have purchased on the other one.

same here. using my main profile that have xbox live to log in but the screen hang on while trying go get into the dashboard.

but i can log into my live account from the game i am playing..

what is the issue on loading into the dash board?

Thanks, however I am not sure of what you mean by "Home Xbox"

We have one Xbox in one room and another Xbox in another room.

We both have Xbox Live Gold Accounts.

On the Xbox that she plays on, does not have me logged in

On the Xbox that I play on, does not have her logged in.

If I log into my Xbox first and start playing, then there is no issue

If my wife logs first (on her Xbox) in or has not logged off the last session, then I am unable to start a game.

It's not a Live issue - I've been logged out of Live while playing a game before, and it doesn't give me the "bye (gamertag)!" message. It will just tell me I've been logged out of Xbox Live. So it's a profile thing.

I am testing another game currently. So far, so good.

Hi. I too am having this issue. I purchased my Minecraft: Xbox 360 Edition as a digital download in April 2013. I have played the game recently in ONLINE mode while logged in to Live. I was able to download all my purchased texture and skin packs on
the One for FREE, but I am not receiving the option for the discounted upgrade price of $4.99 either on the One or via the Xbox Store via my PC for the One version. The game on the 360 was purchased through my Live account and not another.
