    Another pissed Elite controller owner.


    Yesterday my Elite controller started acting weird. Left bumper doesn't work. Left thumbstick won't click (no running) and it vibrates constantly for no reason. Mind you I've never dropped it, throw it, etc. Contact Microsoft customer support since the service/replace
    menu will not let me register it. After messaging with a rep for almost an hour the conclusion comes to, buy a new one. You want me to buy another $150 controller because your equipment can't handle normal play? Mind you I don't play often or for long periods
    of time. This is ridiculous and I am quite pissed with Microsoft. So much for customer loyalty and satisfaction hey?

    Accessories App Needs an Update

    I'm having this problem too. Frustrating to own a new Elite controller but to be unable to try different controller profiles.

    I don't own an xbox one, but I have an elite controller which I use on my PC. How then do I register the controller? Another pissed Elite controller owner. :(

    As a fellow Elite Controller owner I can assure you there is nothing wrong with your controller. The only "button" with a backlight is the Home button. Hope this helps

    Xbox Elite or Scuf?

    Hey,

    Current elite controller owner and like others have said the grips do come off in time. But besides that the controller has been well worth the purchase and I'd buy it again. I'm intrigued by a previous ambassadors use of Scuf grips on their elite controller.
    If they're more reliable and resistant than I'd definitely try that idea out.

    Is the Elite Controller worth it?

    Coming from an Elite Owner, the elite controller is worth it; if you are willing to spend the money. They have 3 sets of thumbsticks, hair lock triggers, removable d pad, removable paddles, and 2 profiles which you can switch between in game. Overall,
    it feels a lot better than a normal controller.

    Three Xboxone Controllers in three months is this a malediction or?

    Personally i have had a lot of issue after 9-12 months, but mostly on right sticks and RB buttons. Never had problems with A and B or X/Y.

    What pisses me off is the elite controller that broke after 9 months

    I've run into the same issue with my Elite Series 2. I'm going with a Scuf controller next. I'll never buy another xbox elite controller, they're poorly manufactured controllers that cost almost $200.
