another person use my account to get a fraudulent prepaid code

My brother use my account to play fortnite and he used my account to get a fraudulently prepaid code, I want to return this code because, He dont know the conduct code and I dont want lose my account

my account got suspensions and i don't why ... and I am sure I did not participate in fraudulent activity or transferring content licenses for fraudulent purposes or attempting to illegitimately acquire or use prepaid codes, using glitches or exploits for
financial gain, or other attempts to defraud Microsoft or anything will suspension my account

please help me to unsuspension my account

and I'm sure I did not and will not break Microsoft's laws

 

Need help redeeming my xbox live code

I tried redeeming the code in my browser on my computer using these instructions, big mistake. It said "thank you, you redeemed your code" and then exited me out. No gamertag registration whatsoever. I thought the whole point of redeeming my code was to create a gamer tag, but no just exits me out. I then tried redeeming my code on my xbox (so that I could create the gamer tag) and it said "sorry, code already redeemed."

so what the... what do I do now?

 

You are responsible for the actions performed through your account even if it wasn't you personally. As account owner you must make sure to preserve the security data in order to prevent things like this from happening.
