3 hard resets since update...?

I agree since the update i've had really slow system issues involving freeze ups and controller not responding...que the fanboys...bla bla bla every new systems new updates cause new problems that are new and need new attention and another new update for
another new problem because we dont quality test our updates or systems properly.

Game needs another new update.

Another problem I'm encountering a lot is, when I finish a game, the game screen will just freeze -- no "pop up" window with the "new game" "home" "try again" buttons.

And pushing the "back" arrow in the left hand corner doesn't work. It selects but doesn't actually do anything.

There are several issues you've addressed here so I'll go into them one by one and see if I can help.

* Freezing during challenges- Are you running the game in native full-screen mode or in snap/split-screen mode? Is it just freezing or is it crashing as well? Are you getting any error messages?

* Lost progress- Does the game show you as signed in to Xbox?

* Advertisements- There are not more in Minesweeper than there are in the other free apps from us and they all run about the same time length- in fact, many of them run the same ads. You can always upgrade the game to get rid of them.

Hello!

1. I was running the game in both ways -- full screen and split. There wasn't much difference.

It was crashing completely, where the game would disappear from the screen.

2. Yes, I was signed into xbox when this was happening.

3. Okay, I will chill about adverts.

Hrm, really interesting. Okay, can you please do two things for me?

1. Download & install Shuffle Party from the Windows store. It's a free (and fun!) game that will give us more specific errors if it crashes and this can help us troubleshoot better what might be going on with your games.

2. Press the windows key & R. In the prompt you see, type dxdiag and hit OK. Click on Save All Information... and it will generate a txt file. Save it wherever you will be able to find it (I usually just save it on my desktop). Then either Private Message
it to me or copy/paste it here. This will tell us exactly what hardware you're running and will help us diagnose the issue better.
