    Another month, another delay in deposits


    This has now gone on for at least six months. How long does Microsoft consider an issue to be temporary? Until we get lawyers involved? Because that's going to be the next step.

    What does it take to get this resolved?

    Another deposit delay??

    Hello Lochenblue,

    Your last deposit was the result of an effort from the other team working on your particular deposit issue. Unfortunately, they are still working on fully resolving this issue, which is why the error is still persisting on your account. Until our other team
    fully resolves this error, you may continue to intermittently experience this deposit issue. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience while we await a successful fix from our other team.

    Another deposit delay??

    I waited months to get my second deposit into my Xbox account and now a month later after you finally got it fixed and I have more money to be deposited you say it will be delayed again?

    We as gamers have put so much time and money and effort and heart into our loyalty of the Xbox community that things like this tend to shake our faith. I've heard of peeple who have not received their deposit EVER! Why would you put out a program like this
    that doesn't work for the majority of the people. I totally understand it brings in more money for Microsoft, but it is a rewards program that doesn't reward.

    There is currently an internal issue with the data stored for your account which is preventing a deposit. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and thus aborts the process.
    This is an issue that we are working on resolving with another team, since we are not able to fully access the database containing billable account information. At the moment, we have not received a estimate on when this problem will be resolved. To be clear,
    this is a data issue, and not the result of any faulty user input, so adjusting your information will likely not solve this issue. We apologize for the inconvenience.

    As Smwutches says, pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the
    mid-month deposit the following month.

    However, MyVIP payback for last month was delayed for some users due to how the VIP Boost offer interacted with payback, which caused your Credits to be delayed. You should expect your Credits in the end of month deposit. Apologies for any inconvenience
    caused by this delay.
