    Hey there Smash! I understand you are missing some points from a recent promotion. I just want to confirm that you have checked both your WLID and contact email (live.xbox.com/.../ContactPreferences)
    for this email. Make sure to check all junk, spam, and trash folders as well. Let me know if you find it, thanks!
