Another major xbox one bug..

Honestly I'm not surprised anymore. Every update mess up my xbox one more and more, usually it's small things but not this time.

Everytime I press the button to open the tray, the xbox shuts off. Just like that.

It also can't launch games 90% of the time, and when it actually succesfully does it, the xbox just freeze randomly.

I have so many complaints about xbox one, for example how it's so limited compared to the xbox 360. No shortcuts, no easy way to find what you need. I had to look around for maybe 5 minutes before I could find my games and apps. Finding your way around the
xbox is a maze, xbox 360 had the easy way of just pressing the xbox button and you have everything there, simple and nice. Friends, achievements, games, recently played games, settings, everything you could possibly need. Now, every single menu takes forever
to load, it's impossible to find what you need and most settings are removed. Like turning off the vibration on your controller or opening the disc tray by pressing Y.

BorderLands game of the year edition not working on xbox one

microsoft has some major bugs to fix cause even when it does work the xbox one cant handle intense action rendering from borderlands it gets slow and laggy

OK, sorry I mean bug, but its a major bug, its not like you get kicked every one and agian, but its almost impossible to play coop in a 3or 4, and you have to keep jumping in an out of lobbies to even attempt to play multiplayer together, however stay in
the same game in MP is also hard work so I guess it is bugs.

However for the people that didn't buy it for the campaign, and I am guessing theres many, its not a little bug, is effecting a major part of the game in a major way.

 

Your frustration is noted. You didn't list anything that you had tried to resolve the issue. Let's start with the basic hard reset. Please perform a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds or until the power
shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console. Once it is back up and operational test the results. Let us know. Good Luck!!

 

It works to play games now, HOWEVER

When I try to launch netflix, it tells me if I have a disc I need to insert it now, like when you're trying to start a game you have on disc without the disc inserted.

Netflix is an app, nothing you have on a disc. I've tried hard restarting my xbox twice but it still doesn't work. Just more and more bugs keep popping up and frankly I'm getting sick of it.

Can you please try
uninstalling the Netflix app,
power cycling your Xbox One console, and then trying again?
