another issue with xbox one!

first issue is installing a game, it took 13 hours just to install RYSE onto the hard drive......... ridiculous.... issue 2 I turned on my xbox today and it wouldn't let my go to settings, load a game, sign in, open a App, nothing, I got angry turned it
off at the power point for 3 minutes turned it back on and everything is ok......... come on Microsoft what are you doing?

Another Xbox One Power issue

So in the 8+ months we've had our Xbox One, it has been working pretty well. A few weeks ago we started having intermittant issues where the console woult just shut off in the middle of a game with no warning. Eventually it got to the point where the console
will not even turn on. We have already replaced the power brick but we see the same problems.

Here is what I see:

When the power brick is plugged into the wall (directly, no power strip) the brick light comes on orange.

I then plug in the brick to the console and one of several things happens:

1. The brick light turns white, then shuts off completely. Xbox has no power. Will not turn on.

2. The brick light turns white, then eventually back to orange. When pressing the power button on the console, you hear the beep, then everything shuts off. No light on brick.

We've tried multiple bricks. We have tried different power outlets. Nothing seems to help. The system is still under warranty. Wondering if there is anything else to try or if it needs to be sent in for repair.

Another Xbox One Power issue

Sounds like you have tried everything and it appears the console will need to be repaired. You can log in here and set that up if you registered your console. account.microsoft.com/devices

When you send the console in do not send the power brick with it because if you do there is a good chance you won't get it back.

If you have any system freeze ups, or your console is having a brain fart, simply hold the power button on the front of the console for ten seconds, it will do the same thing.

I highly recommend following the troubleshooting steps here:

After each step try to see if the issue is fixed!

First, please select System > Settings > account > remove accounts and then select your account and select Remove to confirm.

Then, hold down the power button for about 10 seconds, until the console shuts off, then unplug the power cord and wait for 2 to 3 minutes before plugging it back in and turn on the Xbox.

If the issue persists, please try to check your games in the order games history in this following website : Microsoft account | Home

If you are still encountering the same issue, please select System > Settings > System > Console info > Select Reset console > Choose Reset and keep my games and apps.

Note =>The "Reset and Keep my Games and Apps" option will not cause losing your games, but please be aware that you need to be completely aware of the email address as well as the password of your account before going for it because it will require you to sign in to the account.

I am having the same issue except I have two xbox ones in the same house. We had one and my son and I use it. But now we have two. Also if we have physical disc of call of duty. And download a map pack. If I log on to his system and redownload map pack under
my profile. Will he be able to play on his without me being logged in. If not then will xbox please do what apple does and allow you to have items on multiple devices under sub accounts.

You would need to set your sister's xbox to your home console. After that, the download should appear.
