Another green screen post...

Hi everyone,

I know everyone is going to be sick of these and seen lots of them but before anyone complains please read first as all the posts I found were slightly different from my issue.

so brand new Xbox one straight out the box. Connecte, loaded, update downloaded and after saying there was a problem a few times. Console reset passed green screen and installed.. Restarted and was fine for a bit then froze.. Had to pull plug. Stuck on green
screen so reset again.. Started fine which seemed good! Tried to install titanfall and was just browsing the setting/features when the console locked up. Waited for around 1-2 mins and figured it had frozen (it was mid menu jump) and it wasn't going any further..
Anyway! Pushed the off button which caused it to go into low power mode Again I don't have kinect so couldn't use voice commands to boot up! (tried a google search.. Useless) so only option was pulling the plug again. Now I can't get past the green screen!
Tried a few resets and Google searches it a few times and it's possible that it will need returned (my luck). I have noticed the diagnostic tool for the updates and was curious if I would be able to use that to fix the console? I really want to get it up and
running and can't put up with having to return it to amazon and wait on a replacement

any help on the matter would be greatly appreciated! thanks

Yea I got the exact same.

Green screen for about 10 minutes then black screen for another 10 minutes then system error code E303.

Sometimes it will go green screen - black screen and the consoles turns it's self off.

I had did that a few times before posting. I did exactly as instructed in your post this time. After the 30 sec wait, I let it sit for another 10 mins and it was still at the green screen with the Xbox One logo.

Sorry to hear about the green screen issue! There may have been an issue with the update. Follow the steps in our

Xbox One Update Troubleshooter. At the beginning, just click on the box that shows the green screen and says "I am experiencing a startup issue" for steps related to your issue.

Follow each of the steps it lists and let us know how it goes!
