Another false suspension

Falsely suspended from xbl for the third time, can this be resolved please? It would also be a great help if cases were to be reviewed BEFORE the suspension is handed out, as with the previous two false suspensions they were lifted on the same day with no
further action, so now like many others I'm sat here with no explanation on what/why ive been banned/suspended, ive received no email informing me and theres nothing on my enforcement history/status either. Thanks.

On a side note, it would be nice if false reporters could possibly receive a suspension themselves to help deter this from happening to so many people, just a thought.

False suspension

If you believe the other plays that "verbally abused" you in the party, then there was probably a code violation on their part. If so, then you can report them players selecting their gamertags in recently played players and select the report option. this
will go to the enforcement team and be investigated.

You must sign in there with your account "where the Moderator
Leonzo G says" and there you will find an orange hammer on the first page that you would click on and it will
show you your enforcement history and if the suspension is eligible there would be a link there to click on to file for a
case review.

A case review will allow you to appeal your suspension which an enforcement agent will look at your case again and determine if they can lift the suspension sooner.

If you were suspended then an email would of been sent to the address linked to your account telling you why & how long for or it will tell you on the enforcement site
here

Are you 100% sure you've been suspended? The minimum length of a suspension is 24 hours so it wouldn't be lifted on the same day.

Any report is thoroughly investigated before any enforcement action is issued.

Anyone who abuses the reporting system,like filing lots of false reports,does run the risk of being suspended.

The Enforcement teams don't use the forums at all and they only communicate through a

Case Review. 24 Hour communications suspensions and Console Suspensions are not reviewable, however you can find more information in these cases through the communication sent by the teams to the email address associated with your Xbox Live Gamertag. Remember
that all suspensions are only enforced when a breach of the Code of Conduct or Terms of Service has happened.

One of the common myths is that people who report another user for no reason will see that person suspended. This is not the case and in fact is subject to action as well for false reports which you can find more information about Enforcement Myths HERE.

If you believe the suspension was in error and if you're eligible, you can submit a case review using the steps

HERE, however sometimes you're asked to complete a short questionnaire before you can submit a case review. All of the questions refer to the

Code of Conduct, which you should review prior to filing the review. If you fail on the questionnaire during the Case Review, don't worry as you'll be given another chance in 24 hours.

But you can't directly contact the enforcement team through their website so you've basically just told this guy and the rest of us to shut up and wait for the ban to be lifted, thanks a lot. You do your job really well.
