    Another email?

    Its asking for another email address so it can send a security code to verify its me. Ive done this already and now asking again! So i put in a different email address because i cant use the same one as the last time and it wont accept that one either!
    How many emails and seurity codes do i need?! Please help! Very annoying and frustrating!

    Hey mate, when you added the email were you doing it on the console? It seems to have issues when trying that way. If you follow the link and click 'Manage your security info' and sign-in you can add and verify your security proofs on the PC:

    support.xbox.com/.../add-security-proof

    -

    If you're still getting the prompt to add an email on the console, try deleting your profile from the console (profile only), clear the system cache 3 times. Restart the console and re-download your profile.

    -

    Delete and re-download profile:
    support.xbox.com/.../profile-move-delete

    -

    Clear system cache:
    support.xbox.com/.../clear-system-cache

    Yes. It's linked to your Xbox account. Therefore any Xbox you add that account to (including a different email after switching it) can download it digitally if you bought it digitally. Again, YOU WILL KEEP YOUR GAMES AND APPS.
