Another email telling an issue with rewards and my account

Is there anyway you can tell me what email I have linked to my rewards account then as I still didn't receive it with the email associated with the gamertag if you can't tell me what email I have linked can you at least tell me how I can change what email
is linked to my rewards account

If Xbox Live Rewards is unable to deposit into your account for some reason, as long as you have not opted out to make the transition to Microsoft Rewards, any undeposited Xbox Live Rewards Credits and unredeemed MyVIP Gems will be automatically converted
to Microsoft Rewards points and be added to your Microsoft Rewards account to redeem for whatever you choose from the Microsoft Rewards catalog.

I'm not having an issue sending emails to the rewards department. I'm on my 25th email to the rewards department.

I having an issue with the rewards department understanding my issue So that it can be fixed.

Or getting them to respond back to a email.

If the subscription isn't show in your account, it must be from another account. Check which email address the email was sent to, this will tell you what account it's coming from. You can then sign into Microsoft using that email.
