Another Dirt 3 GwG trouble

Hello everybody. I have the same problem as many other people. I can´t download or better said "buy" Dirt 3. Perhaps anyone has some new suggestions if i missed something.

I don´t own a 360 and never owned one. I only own a XBone so i need to download the game from (Germany) Xbox.de. But if i´ll try that, i don´t have the possibility to get it free. The Website doesn´t recognize my Gold subscription. The only active button
ist to buy the game. And this dont work either. It doesnt recognize any payment method , and Loops in reload.

What´s wrong with it. I looked into the following already due other threads :

I have an active Gold subscription, and two payment options. (PP and Balance on my MS-Account.) My Region Settings are also right. Tried it on the Xbox Edge Browser and also on Windows 10 Edge with mobile Version deactivated. Still don´t work.

Tried the MS Hotline and got disconnected twice.

Now I am very frustrated. It would be nice anyone of the MS-Support would write anything about this Problems. Or if they are aware of this problem.

Dirt: Showdown VIP Pass not free ! (like it was with Dirt 3 in the beginning)

Hi,

again the VIP Pass for the the actual GwG Dirt: Showdown is no free. If you buy the disc version, the VIP Pass is included.

Please make it free, like you did for Dirt 3 when it was in the GwG Promo !

As a small update, the VIP Pass for the GwG version of Dirt: Showdown was addressed in another thread (US) by support.

 

I suggest they just give us codes for DiRT 3...

 

So, after a long chat and a call in the hotline i know that this is a problem of the Microsoft-Marketplace. They checked my hole account. No false Regionsettings, active gold membership and so on. They assured that the problemis caused on their side and
not on the customer side. They know that there are issues with some accounts. But they dont know when they can fix it. Now thatI know this ,I can live with this. No longer Dumping time one something i can't fix.

please make this official in the forums. I searched for a possible sulution many hours. And no one said that there is an issue in the Marketplace. I can bet many other still have the same problem and dump hours and hours on the problem. That's not fair for
the customers.

marketplace.xbox.com/.../66acd000-77fe-1000-9115-d802434d083d It does say "buy" and shows $24,99 for me as well (I've got it already), but on right says it's already purchased. Maybe you can add it selecting "DiRT 3" on right side of the page (in "All Downloads"
list)?
