Another "Did not receive 3 month Groove promo"

Signed up for the buy one month, get 3 free promo for Groove found here.

Billing cycle completed about a week ago and still no code for the free months.

Groove support page chat takes you to tech support and doesn't handle these types of things. Gave me a number to call for accounts. Guy said he would send me a link to send an email to Xbox support but never actually did it.

Groove Music 3 Month Free Promo Code Missing

I did not receive a promo code for my 3 months free groove music, can you please ensure this is added to my account? I added groove music on 8/12/16.

From the Terms of Service for that Groove promotion:

If after 30 days from starting your subscription you don't have your code yet, feel free to post a new thread and we'll take a look. Thanks!

Unfortunately, as you signed up for the Groove promotion through the website, you will need to reach out to
Groove Support for further assistance. We are only able to assist with promotions redeemed via the Xbox One dashboard.

Good luck trying to contact ANYBODY in Groove. They don't exist. All the Contact Us options take you to Windows tech support and they don't even know what Groove is.
