Another day with console issues

I have posted a couple of times the past week on issues I have been having with my XB1 console. Here is what happened few minutes ago. It had been working fine all day, booted up properly, not slow, everything working. Played off and on few hours, each time
I turned it off and then on, it's fine. Then all of a sudden, games stop loading, buttons start having long delay times, and eventually seem to stop working. As this is happening, get a few party invites, hit button to join, no response. Like everything just
stops working. I did hard reset, unplugged it few minutes, then it starts the slow crap again, taking around 5-10 minutes to eventually get to home screen. I'm just sitting here now looking at the screen, scared to even try again. I am so sick of this. If
u haven't seen my previous posts, this just started maybe over a week ago, did what has been recommended, installed offline tool, etc. Just thought I would post again to give specifics on my trouble today and see if there were any solutions.

Day One Controller Faulty?

For those of you who have had Day One pad disconnections, have you resolved the issue now, either by replacing the console or the controller for another Day One pad?

I had my console replaced for this issue, as well as an issue where my Kinect sometimes does not power on.

Well, I've had the replacement running for two days now, it has some issues all its own, but I won't get into that. The Day One controller disconnection is still an issue on the replacement console... So it seems likely it's the pad with the fault and not my original console.

I would like to know what any of you had replaced and whether it fixed your issue or not.

 

Changing Windows Live ID Issue

Table 24 IS correct, it restarts the 30 day period after you have Downloaded your GT onto another console or back onto your console.

If you're having issues AFTER the 30 day period still WITHOUT downloading your Profile onto another console. Please contact Customer Support at your region.

Today, turn on my XB1 to play Destiny, all the screens are blank and gradually the items appear after 10-15 seconds. Buttons are delayed, for example, hit left direction at home to see friends, it takes about 20-30 seconds to pull it up. Audio cutting out.
WTF? About ready to make a change.
