Another controller....broke

so I have a problem obviously. One of my controllers right bumper isn't working. I go to press it and it doesn't do anything. And my other controller the right stick just is stuck there. What I'm asking is how can I get this fixed does GameStop or other
retailers offer a repair I don't really pay attention all that much

Unfortunately, your only course of action is to work with the Microsoft Store you received it from for a replacement, or set up a replacement through the

Another broken controller.

After buying the covert forces controller in june I have had so many issues with it. The controller I first received had a defective dpad, that took a lot of pressure to use. I searched on the internet and its a common issue, but MS doesn't ever acknowledge
it. I was then told to send it in on my dime, which I did. Got the replacement and that was defective as well. Had the same dpad issue but also the Y button was completely stuck and wouldnt decompress which made the controller unusable. I was then told to
exchange the controller at the MS store, which is a 2 hour drive. I did this in hopes that I would get a decent controller, but after getting home, I opened the box and started using the controller. Now I have issues with this one as well. The dpad still doesn't
work without using excess pressure, and the left trigger is rubbing against the casing of the controller. Where do I go next? Can someone please help me!!!!!

Welcome to xbox, you just have to buy another controller. I have had about 30 controllers, and not one doesn't have a defect that affects gameplay. The quality is horrible and no one from MS will acknowledge it.

Yea, it sucks really, because the 360 controller were tanks, but they went cheap to screw the consumer out.

We don't use the controller where a bit of the previous headset broke. He has another 2 controllers.

I've trued following that guide also, to no avail 😩

i received my new controller in May sometime and guess what it lasted 2 months analogue stick once again broke on 8 July :-( my next controller will be the 4th one, its getting ridiculous now they aren't lasting long at all, they must be cheap, all my XBONE
controllers now have all broke the same way left analogue stick just popping out of position, now i have to wait another 6 weeks for another controller, soon iam going to have to take a trip to trading standards i have no other option Microsoft are taking
us for fools
