Another chance

So basically i got banned and i made an appeal Sadly it got denied i was banned on my account (billyhopsss) for scamming? but i never scammed I won’t lie i did ask a couple people for there phone number but i never scammed anyone
i’m literally asking for one more chance i will never make this dumb mistake again.It did say i made a market place theft but the only phone number was mine and that is why i’m banned it’s literally my number i never scammed and i understand if i gotta i get
a temporary ban.Thanks again my banned account is Billyhopsss btw Also i appealed but it got denied ?

You can contact support directly. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or
support.xbox.com/contact-us However, like I said, the enforcement team are the only ones who handle bannings. So support will more than likely point you back to the suspension/bannings forums.

And just because action hasn't been taken against those other users, doesn't mean that it won't happen.

 

If you already submitted a review and the enforcement team already upheld their decision, there is nothing else you can do.

Asking people for their phone number could be a way of trying to Phish for personal information to try and scam people or even try and possibly steal their accounts which is what Microsoft is looking at. This is only my educated guess as to why they suspended
your account i personally can not tell you for sure why they suspended your account.

But like Smwutches said you get one appeal and if they uphold the appeal there is nothing else that can be done about it.

As already stated, if the enforcement team upheld their decision, there is nothing else you can do. The account won't be unbanned.

 

damn that’s tuff i’ve seen people who were console banned get unbanned tho
