ANOTHER CHANCE

My account has been banned and I've already been to the other forum but they said its only for explanation not reviewing so I'm here to tell you that I want my account case reviewed because I shouldn't be the only one getting punished here. My GT: kRED 5150
was banned for trading for points when a couple of people and I. I'm the only one getting punished for "scamming" when no I did not scam and also did not get a warning ahead of time. I put $40 of my own money on that account which wasn't excessive because
it was my account. All I'm asking for is another chance because I've been a long term Microsoft user and have recommended them to my peers. If my account cannot be reviewed again I would like an reimbursement for my stats and money, also would like to speak
to an official on a high standard not a moderator because by law I may request for an official, if not I have the right to sue. I do not want to sue but if that's what it takes to get my justice for being treated unlawfully then I will prosecute. Thank You.

Asking people for their phone number could be a way of trying to Phish for personal information to try and scam people or even try and possibly steal their accounts which is what Microsoft is looking at. This is only my educated guess as to why they suspended
your account i personally can not tell you for sure why they suspended your account.

But like Smwutches said you get one appeal and if they uphold the appeal there is nothing else that can be done about it.

The enforcement team are the only ones who handle bannings and the only way to contact them is through the suspensions/bannings forums. There is no appeal process for bannings. They do not issue bannings without an investigation. The warning you receive
is the code of conduct and terms of service that you agree to when you create your account which also states:

MICROSOFT IS NOT OBLIGATED TO SEND YOU A WARNING BEFORE THESE ACTIONS OCCUR.

Microsoft reserves the right to remove at any time, without notice, any user-created content, account, or device from the Services for actions determined to be in violation of this Code of Conduct or Terms of Use. Microsoft also reserves the right to immediately
terminate or suspend a user for violations.

UPON RECEIVING A PERMANENT SUSPENSION, ALL CONTENT LICENSES, GOLD MEMBERSHIP TIME, AND MICROSOFT ACCOUNT BALANCE ASSOCIATED WITH THE SUSPENDED ACCOUNT ARE FORFEITED.

 

And just because action hasn't been taken against those other users, doesn't mean that it won't happen.
