Another buggy Assassins Creed game?

I got the game a day after it's release.. haven't noticed any "game breaking" bugs. There a few glitches here and there, but nothing to worry about. The game is so great. This is only my second Assassin's Creed game I ever played, the first one being Black
Flag and that didn't hold my interest all that much, but it was free with Games with Gold so I thought I'd check it out.

Amazing game so far. I'll post a first impressions review later on, once I play a bit more.

Definitely tons of items to collect on this game.

I just finished Sequence 6 ( I believe there's 3 more to go ) but the later one's can take a while to do. But looking on the map I still have tons to do, side missions, items to collect ( the one's that are showing as haven't got all the treasure maps yet
) You'll definitely get your money's worth on this game.

Just going to mention the story again without any spoilers! Up to yet, the plot, characters etc this is easily my favourite campaign in the AC series.

Ending was whack doe. I feel like we won't get a proper ending till Assassin's Creed 20 lol. I just have collectibles and misc achievements left. Very easy 1000. It's just really time consuming.

 

I don't think they care where the story is going at this point Defy. lol In Unity, when Napoleon was grabbing his 'Piece of Eden' the only hint that he was doing that was his face glowing as he pocketed it. Arno was too busy bumbling around on his mission
to notice what he was doing.

Any time anyone has a 'Piece/Apple of Eden' they do great things. So Napoleon would go on to conquer most of Europe, and in Unity he was talking about the direction France had to go to succeed. Obviously the British Empire covered a third of the globe, and
defeated Napoleon, so it stands to reason that Queen Victoria would have one, or that Napoleon lost his.

But if you didn't know about the Pieces of Eden as a player, it doesn't affect the story of the assassin you're playing. At this point, Assassin's Creed has become the Lost of the gaming world. lol {=D ACII and Brotherhood got really, really interesting
with the whole first civilisation thing, and then III failed to pay it off.

Then with Desmond gone the franchise just went scattershot in terms of plot in the modern era. It's just a series of games where the gamer enters simulations to control cool-looking assassins doing cool things with their time, and looking super cool while
doing it. Ha.

I didn't even pay attention to the story after AC2. I have no idea what was going on in Unity and I played it for like 100 hours.

 

It's weird because the only people noticing Napoleon getting his hands on a Piece of Eden in Unity would be players who've followed the story, and the Templar bosses inside the Assassin's Creed game, at Abstergo Entertainment. {=D

Ubisoft have made gamers who're new to the franchise complicit in furthering the Templars' goal, by being Abstergo employees uncovering Assassins' secrets and important [for world domination in the present] moments in history, in the guise of entertainment.
It's a freaky meta-Tronish-plot that I guess is pretty cool when you think about it. Heh.

 

Finished the main story tonight and all I can say is brilliant. For me Syndicate is easily the best in the series.

Still got loads to do/collect etc so I shall be doing as much as possible.

It has had a few weird glitches along the way. The most serious one was on a side mission. Without giving away too much you had to kidnap an hypnotist and take them to a location. Trouble is when you got to the location the mission wouldn't end when you
got them there. Had to restart the mission 3 times before I managed to finish it. So a bit of a niggle but can't recommend this title highly enough especially for fans of the series.

 

^^ Lol I remember that mission. I didn't have that issue but got hypnotized a few times trying to kidnap him. You should do the Queen Victoria missions next. Those are really good and the world war simulation was absolutely brilliant!

 

Going to try the Queen Victoria missions today.

I went to the World War once! Love the setting and the feel but need to go back and finish some missions off, collect items ... ...
