Another annoying problem on the xbox one.

I have used this xbox plenty of times before and there has been many annoying problems. and yet another problem, my controller doesn't work. I have "paired" it two diffrent ways and it still doesn't respond. I have changed the batteries in it three times
and have used both rechargeable and regular AAs. I have unpluged the system and refreshed everything. I can't get to that stupid update controller menu because, guess what ,the controller doesn't work. I know they are not connected because when the console
is off the controller is still on and the controller doesn't turn on the system either. Help me please. And yes I have tried both of my controllers either that is huge coincidence that both of my controllers are broken or the xbox one like usual has failed
on me again.

Xbox one Annoying Problem

Unfortunately, MICROSOFT refuses to fix this bug. They know about it and it's a crap shoot if soft resetting works. I had to finally break down and do a HARD FACTORY RESET and lose all. Did it work? Yes, but it took 3+ hours to re-download all my games
(3-4). So, I can finally load Destiny, Division, and something else.. but I made the mistake of buying another game online that uses cloud -- SKYRIM. Love the game but now having same issues of the game not loading (daily crap shoot---yesterday never loaded
and today not so much) and getting error code 0x8027025a. None of their help works. Sometimes a few times of restarting or shutdown and it will work...sometimes not. I refuse to HARD Factory reset again and waste hours of download. I'm sick of MICROSOFT
not fixing this. Oh, and it seems to happen after an update??? Skyrim just had one. Also, I know it's in app b/c I can not hit center button and don't have option to choose to quit.

I think I'm going to ask for money back and buy (maybe) ---if that doesn't work I may switch to PS. Gaming use to be fun....now it's just a pain. They rake in millions and refuse to fix the errors---they don't care. Besides, at least at GAMESTOP and
get some money for my used game -- online download you GET NOTHING back. Still not a believer in the cloud...too many glitches from it. Had problems I never had with discs.

If you find a fix...anyone, let me know or pass it on. MICROSOFT will never fix this unless we make it matter to them!!!

 

Xbox one Annoying Problem

Hey, When I open my xbox one the green logo appears as usual then Grey (Sometimes black) Screen Appears With error codes such Home took long to open..... so, i search all over youtube and forums but most answer were HARD RESTARTING.... so, i did
hard restart alot of times but nothing works..... then i saw a video that says you need to factory reset by pressing the eject button and the Side button( I don't know what it is called).... So i think it is hard choice to Reset My xbox. I just need this
question to be answered if I Factory Reset my Xbox would I lose my Saved game data For the Disc games ( I NEVER USED GOLD TO PLAY ONLINE) (BUT IM CONNECTED TO XBOX LIVE) Let me give you fast example whenever i open Minecraft or .... Forza it say Syncing data
so i think it is safe for me to reset my xbox as nothing i will lose.. right? And if you find any solution other than reseting tell me please!

 

Do you even know how to sync?

Also, a USB mini cable connection will allow you to update your (obviously outdated) firmware.

 

I just tried that after looking for it for a good five minutes. It is still not working.

 

I had this problem. Try a hard reset. If that doesn't work something is interfering with the signal. I have a video sender setup to send my sky to the bedroom, sometimes that will need to be switched offs before i sync the controller.
