Manage your Windows Live ID for resetting the password on the account.

Keep us posted.

You can only find the password from the person who sold it to you.

Contact xbox about it, they should help you.

I'm sorry that you're facing this issue. If you could go in to a little more detail regarding your issue, we may be able to assist you. However, presuming you have forgot your Windows Live ID and/or password, I recommend having a look at the

Forgot Microsoft Account | Forgot Microsoft Password page to help and guide you recover your credentials. However, if that fails, you will need to contact phone support (as you're requesting) from the
Contact Us page. That is for the U.S, if you're not from there, that is fine. To change the nation of that page, simply scroll down and click the small text ''United States'' and change
it to the country of your residence. Once you have done that, simply request a call and you will be called within the wait time given.

When you sign into your profile on your console there should be an option that says something like "Join Xbox Live" on the first panel of Xbox Home. If you don't see this option there you should also be able to find it by clicking the Xbox Guide button on
your controller. This should guide you through the process of selecting a Gamertag to use online and should also retain the achievements you've unlocked so far.
