Another account migration issue

I have recently returned to Australia from the UK. I have tried to migrate my account using the account migration page on the Xbox site, but it kept displaying an error message. I contracted xbox support via online chat, who inspected my account and said
the account change was in progress and could take up to a week to take effect.

Well that was over a week ago, and I still have not been migrated over to Australia. I cannot purchase music via groove on either my windows 10 or Xbox as the currency is in UK pounds and an region mismatch warning appears. Also on windows 10 and xbox, all
movies are in UK pounds, and cannot purchase there as well.

So what is going on?

Actually there is a way to know the last migration change. Just attempt to make an account migration on the account. Once the system informs the date on when it can change your region again, just move the date 3 Months backward to know the last account migration
change.

Account Migration issue

To, whomever it may concern,

Hello, I just recently transferred regions using the migration tool. The location in question is from the US to UK. I can also confirm that I received the confirmation email that states that I have migrated successfully.

The problem is that when I sign is I am still seeing ads and items that are I'm sure are still part of the US. Game transactions are also in US currency when I look them up. As such, I cannot redeem the 2100 points card I bought and cannot download the current
game from the games for gold program. I have waited for about 3 days now hoping the issue would resolve itself but to no avail.

This is my issue in a nutshell, and would appreciate some help. Thank you.

 

Did you migrate your account from UK to Australia in the past 3 months ? If so then that's the reason why it doesn't work. You can only migrate it every 3 months
