Buongiorno,

Ho usato la mia xbox one e ,dopo averla spenta da controller e non da pulsante sulla console ,noto una cosa.

La mia console è collegata in rete tramite cavo ethernet ad uno switch dovo sono collegate altre apparecchiature che ,se vengono accese o spente ,si accendono e spengono i rispettivi led delle porte ethernet sullo switch ma questo non succede per la xbox
one che ,nonostante sia spenta ,il led della porta sullo switch alla quale è collegata la console rimane acceso.

Si spegne quando stacco la corrente alla console e quando riattacco la corrente alla console si accende per pochissimo e poi si spegne (come dovrebbe essere una volta spenta la console).

Non ho trovato le impostazioni di risparmio energetico (poi le cercherò) ma comunque ho risolto spegnendo completamente la xbox andando in sistema ,opzioni spegnimento ,spegni o riavvia ,spegni completamente.

[Translation-I did not find the power saving settings (then I will look for them) but anyway I solved completely turning off the xbox going into the system , options shutdown , turn off or restart ,turn off completely.]

Uma vez que a sua conta está a funcionar normalmente nos serviços de contas Microsoft, verificando-se apenas problemas no registo XBOX, informo que analisei a sua conta e não foi detetada nenhuma anomalia. Assim sendo, o problema poderá estar no perfil do
XBOX live. Nesse caso, deverá contatar o suporte XBOX de forma a verificarem se existem anomalias no seu perfil.
