Annual xbox Gold membership not appearing

I hope this gets to someone at Microsoft because I can't get a chat session to work, I'm asked to fill in First/Last Name but it's read only. And there's no email or phone to call. And I've been trying to get to someone to ask a simple question for the
last 45 !@$%^!$ minutes that I don't have to waste.

Hi - I was on the 30 day free trial for xbox Gold, which ended yesterday. So I renewed with an annual membership at $59.99. My credit card shows the charge. But it is not shown on my MS account subscriptions page. And I just got an email that my monthly
membership is renewing at $9.99. I want the monthly membership cancelled and the annual to take over.

upgrade to family membership

How do i upgrade from my annual gold membership to an annual family gold membership, it doesnt give me an upgrade option!

If you from US/Canada, call the Xbox Customer Line Support at 1-800-4MY-XBOX (1-800-469-9269). Tell them your problem, they will ask you gamertag account and they will work to solve your problem. Have a great day !

 

I'm sorry to hear that but I believe that which ever code was put in first or charge you have to wait until that expires in order for the second membership to kick in.
