annual pass for destiny2

Nothing on my end. I would suggest powercycling your console by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds till it shuts down to see if that helps. If it does not then you may need to contact Bungie for a little more help with this.

There it is not enough scope for me to explain why i want a refund with that process, while i want the cost of the annual pass refunded, I don't want to lose the annual pass. The original mistake happened in September which is outside of the Microsoft terms
of service.

Basically what should be done is the original purchase for the forsaken legendary collection to be 'swapped' with forsaken + annual pass, and the cost of the annual pass on it's own (which i bought yesterday) refunded.
