    Halo Reach annoying issues

    Hello everyone,

    I'm really upset about the work on backward compatibility for Halo Reach. Despite the recent update supposed to fix the framerate and other stability issues, I cannot help but getting really tired of playing on my Xbox One. The game is still running between
    10 and 15 fps, I've got big trouble with the sound of the game which slow down for unknow reason, still crashes sometime when I launch it... This is really annoying and unacceptable. Do they really test the game before releasing the backward version of it
    ? Seriously guys. This is Halo Reach, not an unknown underground license or whatever.

    Do you have any idea how I can fix it ? I can't even get through some battle because of the lag. I often play online with my girlfriend who experience the same problem as me.

    Hey there, Logan Cold! If you are experiencing excessive lag, make sure you are quitting all other apps that you may have on your console. That could affect the game play through the emulator.

    Aside from that, please be sure you're filling out the survey at the bottom of
    this sticky. It gets sent to the appropriate people, and if users are still complaining about lag in the game, they will definitely want to know about that. Annoying xbox issues :)

    Hey there bud!



    It may be due to your network speed being a little rough. Or possibly a lot of devices connected to your router (slowing the connection down for your console). Please perform a
    Network Speed Test and post the results here so we can compare them to the minimum requirements for Xbox LIVE.



    To make sure there are no connection errors on your console, please test your Xbox LIVE connection, and if any errors appear follow the solutions on the

    Connection Error     page. Try turning off your router for 10 minutes, or may be a wired connection. If you cannot get a wired connection, try moving your console closer to your router / make sure there is no blockage between your console and router. Here is
    how to test your connection on your console:



    1. Press the Guide button on your controller, go to Settings and then select
      System Settings.
    2. Select Network Settings.
    3. Select Wired Connection (if you’re prompted to do so).
    4. Select Test Xbox LIVE Connection.


    Also, you may want to have a look at the support page
    Xbox LIVE Connection Help | Fix Xbox LIVE Connection Problems     where the first page will give you similar advice as to which I have give you, yet the rest of it may be found to be quite useful to you!

    Thanks Lemon. I invaded a Bandit fort and got shot by a few arrows and the frost spikes disappeared. Luckily the new arrows didn't stick around too long either. Thanks for posting it in this thread as well because I probably wouldn't have read the other

    Xurts I replied to you in another topic but I'll do it here too. Get shot by another frost spike (find some mages) this should overwrite the ones in your body and hopefully the new ones will work as intended and disappear for you :)

    @ NameMonkey Boy - I tried what you said and switched my armor and took everything off a few times and unfortunatly the two frost spikes are still there. They're stuck in my guy's chest and go all the way through and come out the back of him. They certainly
    are frustrating to see and blinding. Thanks for your help though. :)
