annoying white frame on series x

i received my series x completly reseted that day, i guess the previous owner used the factory settings already.

When i started the console, i first noticed this short timed white frame while opening Netflix, but it appeared afterwards in the installed games too, which really annoys me.

I will try to reset it again, maybe i wait until everything is installed before opening a game.

If everything doesnt work, i will try to set this replacement order.

A case of really high brightness could be a TV that has very poor HDR handling. You could try disabling HDR in settings.

Or a faulty Xbox. Despite being second hand the xbox would still be under manufacturers warranty, make sure the console is registered to you in your Microsoft Account before looking to make a warranty claim.

Thank you thats good to know, i linked my series x to my main account. In the details it says the monitor support 4k 60Hz, but doesnt HDR10, maybe thats the reason.

yeah i will try to turn it off and otherwise try to use the warranty.
