Annoying Problem Please Help [Lords & Kingdoms Cover Art Replacing Art For Multiple Games]

You don't fix it. It's an issue on Microsoft's end, and we'll just have to wait until they get it sorted out.

cover arts won't load only the xbox live cover is showed up

And now instead of their regular cover art or the generic xbox live art many of my games show up as "Kingdoms & Lords" for the Windows Phone. Anyone???

Same here. september, art wasnt showing. october, cover art was kingdom and lords. And now its jetpack joyride. Please make cover art part of game instead of having to load it from live every time. i dont think it would be that hard

Recently, the game disk image for Destiny and a few other games I have on DVDs, are not appearing correctly in the upper-left box on the Home Screen where it normally says "Play <Game>".

The image that appears looks like an advertisement -- It says "XBOX WINDOWS PHONE" and below that a game title(?) ... "Kingdoms & Lords"

Has this happened to anyone else and is there a way to fix this?

I have been having the same problem all day! Where are the "Misters" when there's a problem like this? I don't want to have to call support because they *** up.

They know about the issue. Considering 360 support is nearing its end every day, I doubt it's on any priority list. Have we all forgotten the Skype app for Xbox 360? They got your money bruh.

 

I have a lot of digital 360 games. Most of their thumbnails show normally, but the following games have thumbnails of Kingdoms of Lords for Windows Phone:

• Clash of Heroes
• Far Cry 3 Blood Dragon
• From Dust
• Magic 2014
• Pac-Man CE DX
• Shadow Complex
• Soulcalibur II HD
• Super Meat Boy
• The Raven
• The Walking Dead (season one)
• Virtua Fighter FS

I contacted support about another topic and have done the following things since seeing the thumbnails:

• Cleared the cache five times
• Deleted the rights/licenses file under System Items in storage (as suggested because a game wasn't downloading)
  
• Deleted system updates using LB RB X LB RB X, restarted the console, and redownloaded the latest system update
  

The thumbnails for the above games are still not displaying correctly. Any suggestions? I have 9.8 GB of storage space, so I can't imagine that it's a physical memory limitation.

There is alot more than those games affected. Here is the list of games that are affected on my Xbox 360 with the covers Kingdoms & Lords. Hopefully Microsoft will get this fixed soon.

What do you mean? They said that they'd be a Skype app for Xbox 360, and never made one?

 

For no reason whatsoever a few days ago a bunch of my XBL titles I have downloaded have transformed overnight into completely different games........by their thumbnail only that is...including a new game I bought a few days ago: Virtual On Oratario Tangram.

So what is this: a dumb marketing "accident" to get people to give more money to a terrible company like Gameloft?

Currently the following downloadable titles are affected:

I have already cleared the cache on my system and it STILL refuses to load the proper images for thesegames.

I am finding even less reasons to ever go back to Xbox Live Gold considering dumb issues like this and constant connection issues still plague the service and the 360 many years later.
