Annoying bug - UK site keeps redirecting me to US site

There is an incredibly annoying bug on the Xbox website that for makes it almost unusable for me - that it keeps redirecting to the US site.

Take a recent example - I got the Xbox sale email on the 17th April. I click through the email and get taken to the "Spring sale" overview page (http://www.xbox.com/en-gb/springsale?CID=EMEA_CRM_Xbox_1090500_1742014_112702_end_cta_alias).
It's clearly a UK page (see the 'en-gb' reference in the URL) and contains details of all of the items on sale this weekend.

I spot an item i'm interested in (in this case, Assassins Creed IV Freedom Cry, but it's the same for everything). I click through to see more details and the sale price via the "Learn More" button. I'm taken to the US Freedom Cry page (Assassin’s Creed® IV Black Flag™ – Freedom Cry)
with the US price. Note that the region reference in the URL has changed to 'en-US'. I can manually change that to en-GB to get the UK price, but I shouldn't have to. The site knows I'm on a UK page and therefore should automatically take me only to the
UK prices.

As I say, this has been happening for a few months. I've checked my account region settings and made sure I'm set up as a UK user, but to no avail. Anyone else having this issue?

Xbox Live Gold Redirecting.

How do i connect to the British site for buying Xbox Gold. It keeps redirecting me to the American one.

 

Minecraft not discounted?

I have this issue, but mine wont even let me download as it keeps changing to the US version of the site, saying my post code is incorrect because I live in the UK. So annoying as my daughter loves this game.

This is not a bug I just checked for myself only reason why this is happening is if the xbox.com is set to US at the bottom. Make sure for it is set to UK and you will have always the UK.
