    "Annoyed", well then, maybe I should be the one to respond to your post.... Sorry to heard about your problem with the disc drive. May I suggest following up with "How to
    troubleshoot problems playing a disc on your Xbox One    " . You still may need to send it in for
    repairs. I hope its still under

    warranty    . But, depending on where you live, I would recommend checking with your local
    Microsoft Store to see if they can provide some direct help.

    Once an account is banned that's it. There's no going back. All DLC/gold/MS Points associated with that account are lost. It's part of the punishment for doing something against the ToU/CoC.

    Its not always about forgetting a password or email. I was locked out of my account when my email was hacked. They wouldnt let me recover it because apparently i couldnt remember enough information on the questionnaire.

    Calling support did nothing, as every person I talked to said they couldnt do a single thing, the only way was to go through the stupid queston page, answer enough and then get my account unlocked.

    I found a ridiculously big hole in their security though.

    You can get to a page that says to verify by phone. All they did was ask for my phone number So i entered my cell number in , which has never been used in relation to my account. Then i was texted a temporary password to use and boom i was in.

    Anyone could have gotten my account as there was no actual verification process this way.
