Hallo Leute,

Zunächst frohe Weihnachten an alle.

Ich habe allerdings seit einigen Tagen ein Problem beim Anmelden mit meiner Xbox all Digital. Ich habe diese vor drei Wochen erworben und den Game Pass Abo abgeschlossen. Seit einigen Tagen passiert es unerwartet, dass ich mich nicht Mal anmelden kann. Ich
bekomme die Fehlermeldung 0x80a40401 und die Nachricht, dass dieser Dienst nicht in der Region zur Verfügung steht. Dann kann ich die Konsole überhaupt nicht verwenden, da die man sie Spiele nicht ausführen kann.

Ich wohne in Deutschland. Daher den Dienst sollte es geben. Bei der Webseite von Xbox sollte es keine Probleme mit den Servers geben. Meine Internet Verbindung funktioniert auch gut (mit anderen Konsolen). Ich habe keine Antwort in der Foren diesbezüglich
gefunden und keine Möglichkeit Microsoft zu kontaktieren, was mich schon ein bisschen ärgert, um ehrlich zu sein. Falls jemand einen Lösung kennt oder weiß, wie man den Support Team kontaktiert, wäre ich dankbar.

First of all, Merry Christmas to everyone.

However, I've been having a problem signing in with my Xbox all Digital for a few days now. I purchased them three weeks ago and completed the Game Pass subscription. It has been unexpected for a few days that I can't sign in. I get an error message
0x80a40401 and the message that this service is not available in the region. Then I can't use the console at all because you can't run it games.

I live in Germany. Therefore, the service should exist. There should be no problems with the Xbox website. My Internet connection also works well (with other consoles). I haven't found an answer on the forums about this and no way to contact Microsoft,
which annoys me a bit, to be honest. If anyone knows a solution or knows how to contact the support team, I would be grateful.

Hi Fellow gamer,

Thanks for coming to the forums. We understand having issues accessing your games and signing in. What region is the console set to? If you changed to another region to get games and changed back to your region, you will not be able to play these games.
There are region restrictions due to regions having different laws and restrictions. If you need to request a call from support follow the guide created to get to request a call.

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:

Step 1 ----click on Contact us
Step 2 ----under what you having trouble with select Subscriptions & billing
Step 3-----under what is the issue I can't redeem a code then hit next

Step 4 ----scroll down to select request a call

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

I did all the methods above and non of them were useful. And in the last method the same error ( 0x80a40401 ) prevented me from re-downloading my account
