Angry Birds Trilogy not playable on Xbox One..

I wanted to make this, Because I still have this game for Xbox 360, And Wanted to play on my Xbox One S. But when I do put it in, It will say this game is not playable here. So, I wanted to ask. Why Angry Birds Trilogy is not backwards compatible, While all other Xbox 360 games that are playable?

Hello! Currently Angry Birds Trilogy is not a backward compatible game; However, as soon as it will be an update regarding this it will be announced through our official websites and social media platforms to the public. Keep in mind though that it is also up to the game's developers/publishers to help make the game a backward compatible title.

Not for Xbla. There's a retail game, Angry Birds Trilogy. And there's also a bunch of Windows Phone and Windows 8 games (Angry Birds, Angry Birds Space, Angry Birds Star Wars).

to add to the above post, the games that were made BC needed the devs/publishers permission to do it. obviously rovio either did not give permission or something else.
