Angry Birds achievement unlock errors

Hi Xbox Support,

I have a couple of games on my WP that have achievements that won't unlock, I believe there was a problem with Xbox Live when they were supposed to pop. I have tried reinstalling the games and meeting the achievements but they are not syncing with XBL.

The first game is Angry Birds Star Wars 2. You can see that I have the higher level achievements for damage, attacks and levels but the earlier ones have glitched.

The second game is Angry Birds Stella. I have spent well over 10 hours playing the game to unlock the achievements for 5,000 coins. I reinstalled and left it running in a level for over 10 hours and still no achievement.

Can you please look in to these and fix it as you did when I had a problem with the game Carcassonne - Uh oh... that shouldn't have happened.

Windows phone question.

Cheers. Done that. So annoying. Games like angry birds, asphalt and shark dash are asking me to sign in to unlock achievements but om already sign in.

 

Achievements/Games do not synchronize on profile "2"

Howdy,

1. Achievements earned in-game for Angry Birds Space, Stella, and Seasons do not show in my profile,
neither do the games themselves.

2. Games on profile like Angry Birds Rio no longer update, shows 7 achievements although the whole game has been unlocked.

3. Games tried for first time for troubleshooting has
same issue, e.g.: Make it Rain, unlocks in-game, absent from profile all together.

Hey there, DeviSlator! I'm very sorry to see about any achievement issues. In order to troubleshoot everything and get you taken care of, you will want to check out
this sticky. It's got everything in there that you will need to do for achievement issues on Windows Phones.

There is a survey at the bottom of that sticky after you have done the troubleshooting that is suggested. Fill that out and it will get to the appropriate people.
