I dont mean to poke fun at anyone but I wouldnt think that someone with the gamertag "Deathassassin" would be the one RECEIVING death threats. That being said, dont worry about it kid, XBL is no different than anywhere else on the internet. All these people
who make these kinds of threats are the softest of the soft. They like to talk hard on the internet because it provides anonymity. If they thought that there was any possibility of you finding out their true identity, 99.9% of them wouldnt say a word. The
people that make those kinds of threats are ALL talk. Im STILL waiting for any of the dozens of people who have tried to threaten me to show up at my house. The ones that will actually do something, arent going to tell you about it first.

It takes a minute to catch someone. There's a saying that goes "you can't outrun the long arm of the law“. It's just going to take some patience and time, and unfortunately not everyone moves as fast as we would like them to.

So, maybe it's being worked on, just not as fast as you would like it to be.
