How come nothing seems to get done on xbl when u report a person about 2 weeks ago i filed a complaint against this person he said who new some hackers who would track me down and then he would come and kill me if i did that online or offline id get into
major trouble for it. its called uttering death threats but for freaking reason this person is still online i know for a fact its against the law i really hope this matter gets dealt with or i will take this even further im sick and tired of bs

I was in a game then 2 guys on my team killed everyone then i got angery said a mean word now banned

Have they suggested a hard reset or have you done one. In case you haven't, try this.... Hold the power button for 10 seconds and let it power off. Once power is off, disconnect it from the power outlet or unplug from the back of the console for 30 seconds.
Plug it back in and wait 30 seconds then press the power button. Give it time to boot up about 2 minutes. See if this corrects the issues. (not for the dlc issues)

 

guy even said he has 4 profiles to sign into even if his one profile goes offline its bs if he wins that means he can continue with his death threats to others i think it needs to be addressed asap

this is my second time now my life has been threatened over xbl all i did was stuck up for a person on bo2 which this person was trashing so i told the person to stop picking on him

This guy won the second you took his threat seriously. The next time someone threatens you over the internet, threaten back.

 

Just report block and move on as it will take some time for the Enforcement Team to get to it with all the other reports that they have to go through. In future just don't get involved with matters that don't involve you and you should be fine.

In all seriousness, taking threats like that should be laughed at as there is a 99.9 percent chance that it's some idiot that couldn't fight their way out of a wet paper bag let alone take the time to track you down, find you and commit such an extreme act
over a petty reason with so much evidence floating around is just ridiculous.

 

First off, I wouldn't be caught dead playing a Call of Duty game anymore, but if someone seriously threatened me while playing a video game I would laugh... and then block him.

 

You arent the first and you wont be the last, if the death threats I've had in the past were to be followed through I'd have been killed a good 10 times in my 7 years on XBL

Alot of idiots on XBL, dont take things as serious

 

Any one else find it just a little bit funny that someone named Death assassin is getting death threats while playing a game about killing people.

I wouldn't take any thing said online or posted in a forum to seriously, I've been virtually murdered on the internet at least 30 times. It's the internet not real life.

I've had this happen once or twice. I just started laughing uncontrollably. That made them even more mad and me laugh even harder.

Don't worry about it.

 

I can imagine the guys at Microsoft get a lot of reported players, so just be patient and if he has broken the Xbox Live code of conduct he should be suspended. Like others have said, block communications with the person.
