android error 121003 - explanation & solution?

Discus and support android error 121003 - explanation & solution? in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; each time I try to launch the game I get the error code 121003 whilst trying to sync data.     each time I try to launch the game I get the error code 121003 whilst trying to sync data.

    Sometimes it takes 30 minutes before I'm successfully able to log in.

    If I say "cancel" to the error pop-up & continue to play none of my game statistics are then synchronised with Xbox live after the next successful login & synchronisation.

    E.g. my statistics show I have won 87 Klondike games but the Xbox live achievement trackers shows only 45.

    E.g. I have earned 1 bronze & silver medal this month through the daily challenges.

    The achievement tracker shows I have 0 bronze medals but 1 silver medal.

    This should not be possible.

    Can you explain what this error means & how I can fix it?

    There's no information concerning this error code on the FAQ section of the casual games website or the android support section.

    Error coded121003 No help whatsoever!!

    For 2 days this is all I'm getting Error code 121003, and the link provided doesn't have an explanation for this code, so how am i supposed to sort it? problem loading from cloud? I haven't a clue. my internet works fine, i suggest it's your problem to get
    sorted.

  5. If I exit the app & try to restart it is usually the same but after several tries (sometimes 1-2 others 10-20) it will login.

    I've tried uninstalling & reinstalling the app & also a second Android device.

    I have the same behaviour on both my LG G5 and nexus 7.

    I can still play solvable decks & daily challenges when this error is present (so it's not an internet connectivity issue) however, if I do play when the sync is not complete, the in-game statistics are not synced with Xbox live after the next successful
    login as I would have expected.

  6. I've had this issue since I signed up for Premium Solitaire too (May 2017) on my Android tablet too, it usually happens on the 3rd wk of the perfectly completed month, like November! So aggravating, I clear the cache as suggested with no change and had plenty
    of memory anyway! This code comes up several times a month for me before it simply won't sync at all, like now. I've logged out, turned off, no luck.
