    Andriod 6.0 tablet, but can't sign into my Premium MS account


    Hi, Just today I signed up for the Premium Solitaire app on Google Play.

    I've been playing these games since March 2107 on my tablet and finally got tired of the ads, but haven't ever been able to sign in using my MSN account name, so just played them without doing so.... now with Premium I want to track and save my daily challenges
    wins, etc.

    What am I missing? Is this a Google Play issue or a Microsoft one? Do I need to have the Microsoft App as well as the Solitaire one?

    When I click on sign in, I get the box with my user name, click it and the screen just goes green and spins until it times out???

    I don't want to get too far behind on the Daily Challenges, so please can someone suggest a solution?

    Premium subscription not showing after android update

    Following an android update to 6.0 my premium subscription is not showing on my account and as a result the dreaded ads are back. Help

    My Xbox account seems to be active and all info is there, but MSC won't let me sign in and sync with my Xbox/MSN account for Solitaire Collection to play the daily challenges etc.

    The Premium banner comes up, seems to know that I have Premium .. but has none of my previous scores/achievements for the rest of the month. Only what I played 9/28 and today 9/29.

    ANY ONE ELSE HAVING ISSUES WITH MSC SINCE 9/28????

    Hey Pug

    Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that currently experiencing difficulties with being able to sign into your Microsoft Account on your tablet.

    When you mentioned configuring your privacy settings, was this done from the
    Xbox website     or through a different platform?

    Additionally, are you having trouble signing into any Microsoft site after you received this error message?

    It may be worth attempting to uninstall, and re-install the title once more and see if you are able to log in with you account this time.

    Additionally, you may want to try the
    Minecraft Community     and see if anyone else is experiencing similar difficulties.

    Give this a try and let us know if this works for you!
