I've searched the net all over and there's nothing stating that he lives. I've gotten the ending where Shepard lives though, so is it possible to have Anderson alive as well?

If the Illusive man kills Anderson your EMS has to be 5000...If Anderson bleeds out (whether you shoot the Illusive man or the even cooler Illusive Man kills himself) it only needs to be 4000.
