And so my transition to XB1, finally cometh....

So, I am finally ready to jump in on the X1. Since E3, MS has convinced me. There are a few things I would like to know in advance:

I intend to keep my X360 as it has all my arcade games (VF2, daytona ETC.). Will I be able to auto sign in on both or will I have to download my profile again each time I switch from one to the other?

Im thinking titanfall should be my first game..can you customize the look of your character and titan?

Ill be buying the kinectless model (still might get kinect later on...depends) can I still snap TV/Skype without it?

And one last thing.....I am going to rule you all on killer instinct...Im sorry...I just had to get that off my chest...

Close Quarter weapons unlocks are not happening?

Yeah my friend "I COMETH NOW" randomly found it when he went to put smoke on and we decided to test WTF it was. As far as we could tell, it was a "bouncy grenade".

 

Moving to XB1 finally....

No. As long as you're using the same account everything is tied to your account so anything that is backwards compatible will show as ready to install on the One. The only exceptions would be if there are games that have a 360 version and a One version.
Generally those are not backwards compatible so you would have to purchase the One version if you want to keep playing.

 

Totally agree with buying the kinectless xbox +10 so glad msoft made the right choice of making it optional

I think you will be able to auto-sign in on both. Hopefully someone can correct me if I'm wrong.

At the moment you can't customize your character or Titan, but by the end of this month you will be able to give your Titan decals with the Titanfall patch. The patch will
also include two free game modes.

Most likely. I've never played Killer Instinct before, and
I'm bad at fighting games

 

Just a thought..

A kinectless x1 with titanfall seperate costs the same as the TF xbox bundle where I am (UK)

It might be worth just getting the bundle. You can try kinnect to see if its worth it to you, and if not sell it on..

I personally found it more interesting and better then I had thought it would be. (+ if I need one in the future for whatever reason I have it.-eg forza 4 had a kinect cheevo And xbox record that is usefull as hell)

Also, welcome to X1 which ever you choose. It's a great system, very underrated and very entertaining to use. (I was PS last gen and since my RL friends are going X1 from 360 I wanted to join them this time around)
