    And once again I'm getting emails telling me there is something wrong with my account


    So WHEN are you going to supply some "support?" I continue to get these email statements of my rewards account telling me there is a "problem" with my account (no details) and that I should post a help request here. So for the, what, fourth or fifth time
    I'm posting. Would someone do what they are being paid to do and respond to my posts? Thank you.

    We see that we have responded to your two posts. Please note that we can only respond to posts on the Xbox Live Rewards support forum, not the discussion forum. As mentioned on your previous posts, there is currently an internal issue with the data stored
    for your account which is preventing a deposit. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and thus aborts the process. This is an issue that we are working on resolving with another
    team since we are not able to fully access the database containing billable account information. At the moment, we have not received an estimate on when this problem will be resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience.

    Hi Darhyl,

    I'm sorry but this information does not help me.

    I've tried to do what the links tell me to do but there is something about my security info only being allowed to change once per 30 days resulting in my not being able to change it back to my original email.

    If there is anything you can do please let me know as I fear my account could get quite easily compromised again.

    Microsoft Account Doesn't Exist

    I'm having issues too. First it tells me I can't connect to XBOX Live, and then next test run it does. Then it tells me I have the wrong password, so I updated to a new one. Then it tells me that my Account doesn't exist, although I'm being bombarded
    with emails regarding my account.

    What the heck?

    I'm just trying to set up the XBOX Live account and sign in. Getting very frustrated.

    Thanks for the reply. Yeah, those are clear of the old email addresses that are being CC'd. They are not linked in any way, at least on my end, to my Xbox Live account. The only time the old emails get emailed is with Xbox Live purchase receipts or something
    like a notification of Xbox Live about to renew. Again, both of the emails once were the main email address of my Xbox Live account. I'm sure that has something to do with it. Just can't find the answer of how to get them removed.
