    I'm trying to reset my Xbox 360 and it says I have to have the parental code to do it I do not have it I called the person I purchased the system from they said they never put in any kind of code what can I do to reset and get past the parental code thing

    Someone knows how to solve the problem of this code 80153021 will not let me put a gold code I have blocked the account to make purchases I tried to communicate or try to pay what I owe but I do not get anything I do ???

    My xbox live account says it is suspended because of a credit card deactivated or declined. Anytime I try to pay, add a card, or redeem a code it says I encountered a "glitch" and will not let me do anything else about it. How can I get the account unsuspended
    and get on xbox live again?

    This is something you'll need to talk with Phone support about. You can contact a billing agent at 1-800-4MY-XBOX.

    Make sure to mention to them that you have the Entertainment for All plan.
