Ancient Gods Part 1 doesn't work (DOOM Eternal)

Try deleting the account´s cache to restore this bug license

Delete account Cache

Remove Account:
1. Press the Xbox button.
2. Select System > Settings > Account > Remove accounts.
3. Select the account that you want to remove, and then Remove.
4. Close.

Power Cycle:
1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Wait for 5 minutes and then turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

Add Account:
1. Press the Xbox button.
2. Select your gamerpic in the upper-left corner of the screen, move all the way down and select Add new.
3. Enter the Email Address and the Password.
4. Read the Microsoft Service Agreement and Privacy Statement, and then select I Accept.
5. Follow the steps to configure your Sign-In & Security preferences to add your Microsoft account to your Xbox console again.

After that, check for the part 1 again

Not sure why the Bethesda website is only showing one pack available...I just ahd a look and it is showing all 7:

However, there have been 3 other packs, in addition to the Season 1-7 packs:

DOOMicorn Master Collection Cosmetic Pack

DOOM Eternal - Rip and Tear Pack

Cosplay Slayer Master Collection Cosmetic Pack

As to what is available on what platform, the page on any given platform should list what add-ons are available...so, for example, if you look at the Xbox listing, it has all 10 add-ons available for purchase for the Xbox console (scroll to the bottom for the list of add-ons):

Edit: I have also just looked in the Microsoft Store from my PC and it is showing all 10 add-ons available for PC as well

Further edit: Just popped on Steam to have a look and it is currently showing 13 add-ons for the game:

Seasons 1-7

The 3 add-ons I listed above

Mullet Slayer Master Collection Cosmetic Pack

And the 2 expansion packs:

DOOM Eternal: The Ancient Gods - Part One

DOOM Eternal: The Ancient Gods - Part Two

So, if neither your Xbox pages or Steam pages are showing the same, then either it's a regional restriction or a glitch

1. May we know what Doom Eternal edition for PC you installed from Xbox app - Doom Eternal Campaign, Standard, Deluxe, The Ancient Gods - Part One?
   
2. Did this game launched with no issue before? Is there an update that happen before this issue start to show?
   
3. Since the error message detected Twitch Studio, may we know if you have tried to sign out on Twitch Studio and sign in back?
   
4. May we ask for any troubleshooting you have done so far?
