Ancient coins not showing up on my account TakeawayBow 7902

Hello I think there is an problem with my purchase of the 1000 ancient coins bundle for Sea of Thieves. I have purchased the bundle but no coins are still showing up. I cant seem to find it in my purchase history on my xbox account but when I check my bank account it shows that the transaction has beed done. Can you please help me. If needed I can provide the data from my bank account.

Sorry to hear about that, however, kindly ensure you're on the right account by logging in to your order history at account.microsoft.com/orders. If you're sure you're on the right account and the purchase is not listed. The charge that you see in your bank transaction might be an authorization hold that ensures that your payment method is valid. Kindly also ensure that you contact your bank and let them know that you allow international transactions, which is a requirement for purchasing in the Microsoft Store.

Would you please provide us with further information regarding this issue. Are you facing issues purchasing the coins from the Microsoft store or did you already purchase the coins but it does not appear on your account?

If you already purchased the coins, please check your order history just to make sure that the purchase was successful. If that's the case, please try to sign out of your account and sign back again then check the coins.

They don't work for Microsoft so can't do anything about it., You would need to go to the relevant entry in your account and request a refund...or contact support to sort it out
