    Я проживаю в Чехии сын в Украине. В его учётной записи регион указан Украина. Смогу ли я покупать ему игры и подписки live gold on xbox 360,имея регион Чехия и банковской картой чешского банка?

    I can tell you that the Czech Republic is part of the xbox live regions while Ukraine it is not. So you will have issues trying to make purchases in that region.

    Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for clarity on gifting things to your son,

    Unfortunately, trans-regional gifting is not something that exists at this point. It may be a thing that may come in a future update, however at this time, gifting your son's something through the marketplace would not work. You would have to find another
    means of having him purchase what it is he wants, like giving him the money itself and having him make the purchase with an acceptable payment option
