Boa tarde.

Comprei meu xbox one s dia 12/07/2019 com 2 controles. Semana passada o analogico esquerdo começou a acionar sozinho. Esta complicado pra jogar. Ja atualizei e deixei sem pilhas por 1 dia. mas nao resolve.

O aparelho esta na garantia, mas, infelizmente nao inclui o controle cuja garantia é de apenas 3 meses.

Alguem pode me ajudar?

I bought my xbox one s day 07/12/2019 with 2 controls. Last week the left analog started firing on its own. It's complicated to play. Already updated and left without batteries for 1 day. but it does not solve.

The device is under warranty, but unfortunately does not include control whose warranty is only 3 months.

For hardware issues, we can only recommend replacing the controller.

Sozinho eu consigo, só online que não, ele fica procurando partida e não acha, e é assim com todos os jogos...

Eu acho que não seja tão simples apenas chegar e adicionar o jogo, e caso não façam direito surgem os bugs, o jogo é otimo, concordo, mas prefiro que tudo seja feito direito, mesmo que demore um pouco.
