  1. Analog sticks won't work properly

    Hi there,

Since a few months, my Xbox One Controller reacts very slow. I updated my Xbox One Controller after I bought a new headset. After that, the controller is very slow. For Example: When I play Battlefield of Call of Duty online, the controller is very slow
when I hit the Analog sticks. It is very frustrating and when I set the sensitivity higher, it won't work either. It is only with the Analog sticks. I mostly notice it, when I play Battlefield or Call of Duty on a console of my friend.

This problem is with my both controllers: 1 controller with batteries and 1 controller with an accu (it also happens when I replace the batteries and when the controller is connected with my usb cable).

I also set my Xbox One back to factory settings, but that doesn't solved the problem.

Has anyone else got this problem too?

    :)

    Xbox One Controller Issues

There are clips that hold the analog sticks in place and if they come all the way out the stick will flop to one side. In your case the clips may be working loose. The 360 controller had analog sticks where the rubber would wear away over time but never had a stick lose tension or stop working properly. Hopefully the Game Developers Conference rumors are true and a better quality/functioning controller will be announced at E3.

For people having issues using the Xbox One bumpers.

It appears my fingers are just too long for this to work properly. I already have to have extenders on the analog sticks so this is just a bit annoying trying to do.

Why is my right analog stick not working on Xbox

Hello Troll2, My name is David. I am an independent advisor, happy to help you today.

I'm sorry you're going through this.
We will try to repair it
The right analog stick may be out of calibration. Try calibrating your controllers by following these steps:

Connect your controller to the Xbox.
Go to your Xbox console settings and select "Devices and accessories."
Select the controller you want to calibrate and then select "Calibrate."
Follow the on-screen instructions to calibrate the controller.
Once the calibration is complete, check if the right analog stick is working properly.

It is also possible that the right analog stick is dirty or has debris that is affecting its operation. Try to carefully clean the joystick with a soft, lint-free cloth. Avoid using strong liquids or chemicals as these could damage the controller. After cleaning it, check if the joystick works properly.

    Best regards.

In most cases, the Analog sticks and the 'A' Button work worst.

Xbox Analog Sticks Need Calibration But It Won't Work

Guess I have to buy another controller. This sucks. It's not even that old and just suddenly stops working for no reason. The new one will do the same thing eventually.

You can still contact support using the online chat option, but regarding the repair or replacement of the control after this period, not even support has the autonomy to request this replacement.
