An Unfair Suspension

Hello, recently while playing Rainbow Six Siege I have been targeted by my team and repetitively team killed and when I got angry in response, I get a week ban! Nothing ever gets done to those who purposefully aggravate other players and I am sick and
tired of it, I am even considering selling my Xbox because I can not be bothered to put up with wrongful suspensions. I even searched an hour for a customer support line but could not find anything genuine or helpful which goes to show how Xbox do not care
about the players. I want my suspension revoked or I will be tempted to get rid of my Xbox after playing it for roughly a decade.

Please could somebody contact me asap. I have spent time talking to customer services, live chats to microsoft and ambassdors and they all tell me the same thing - that i have to talk to you with my issues. But how can i get anywhere if you don't reply?????
I feel like somebody has broken into my home taken the xbox and stole £100's from me!!!!!! Your welcome to come to my house see that me don't have the ability to modify anything, have no interest in others logins and don't have a clue what a glitch is!!
We've told you where the weapons where from - not knowing they where modified!!! and my son was harrassed on the game to give these people duplicates of his weapons!!!! Is there anyway we could get a smaller suspension? can you credit me back some of the
money i have spent on microsoft points? i just paid for his membershp also - which runs out in a year, I spent £8.50 last wednesday on microsoft points and less than a hour later my son was banned??? If we can't have a smaller ban, can we open a new profile?
is the console banned? can we transfers any of the downloads to the new profile? do i need to change my credit card?do we need to buy a new xbox? A little advice would be nice = ) Also in my first message i mentioned my son was being bullied this is because
his dad died of cancer at xmas ..... how do you people sleep at night?

As ngocphi mentioned. The Enforcement teams don't use the forums at all and they only communicate through a

Case Review. 24 Hour communications suspensions and Console Suspensions are not reviewable, however you can find more information in these cases through the communication sent by the teams to the email address associated with your Xbox Live Gamertag. Remember
that all suspensions are only enforced when a breach of the Code of Conduct or Terms of Service has happened.

If you believe the suspension was in error and if you're eligible, you can submit a case review using the steps

HERE, however sometimes you're asked to complete a short questionnaire before you can submit a case review. All of the questions refer to the

Code of Conduct, which you should review prior to filing the review. If you fail on the questionnaire during the Case Review, don't worry as you'll be given another chance in 24 hours.

I would suggest creating a separate account for your brother on the console, you'll be able to share games and Xbox Live Gold as long as your profile has the console set as the Home Console. That way you'll never have to worry about it again.

Hello, if you were banned from the game you will need to contact Ubisoft furthur to regain access.

Microsoft does not handle in-game bans.

Please follow their
guide on how to not do this in the future

Contact Ubisoft Support
here and you may appeal the suspension.

 

The enforcement team isn't active on the forums so they won't help you here .
