"An unexpected error occurred. Please try again later" while changing "Privacy & Online Safety"

I can't play Minecraft Multiplayer on my PS5.

>My account is set over 21 years old

>I am the only one in my "Microsoft Family"

>I don't have any XBOX console to change it manually from

>Tried in both my Phone and Computer

>Tried in: Safari, Chrome, Google & Chrome Incognito

Either when I enter the XBOX "Privacy & Online Safety" it straight doesn't load or it just keeps appearing the "An unexpected error occurred. Please try again later" message when I click "SUBMIT"

Your Xbox account age starts from the Date of Birth you entered when creating your profile online.

Once you hit 18, it becomes an adult account automatically. Just make sure your birthday on the account is correct.

If your Date of Birth is correct, try adding a payment method and billing information to your Microsoft Account.

Sign in to the Microsoft account you want to update.

Go to Payment & billing and select Payment options.

You can add or edit payment options here.

If that still does not work, the best course of action is to contact Support and provide the necessary information to validate your date of birth.

sign in with your Microsoft account and click
Xbox One Online Safety to review and change your settings online.

That is where the trouble is. It whenever I try to do it online, it waits a few seconds and then "An unexpected error has occurred, please try again later."

When I did another wifi it changed the error to “An unexpected error occurred while signing into your account for xbox live, please try again later.”

The issue/problem solved, I put another account with adult type in my family. So right now I can edit privacy and online safety setting. and after I finish, when I want to submit the change, the next problem appear.... error message show "An unexpected
error occurred. Please try again later." Is always show after I click Submit button, even I wait for a moment. So, What I should do?

I try with another account, and submit the privacy and online safety change, and its success without error message... I think my account had a problem... please help me
